Founded in Mumbai
Started as InTouch Engineers, focused on process plant design for the chemicals sector.
2014
First Middle East project
Rebranded to RA-Tech / Khemind Engineering and secured a first Middle East project through the ADNOC referral network.
2017
TECHIN is established
Incorporated as TECHIN Process Technologies Pvt Ltd and achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Our team

Johnson George

Managing Director & Founder

A chemical engineer with 35+ years of experience, Johnson has led the design, engineering, construction, and commissioning of chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemical projects of every size. He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a PG Diploma in Project Management, and leads TECHIN's strategy, key client relationships, and delivery teams.

Alpesh Shah

Director — Projects & Engineering

An instrumentation and control engineer with 33+ years of experience, Alpesh has led the design, engineering, and delivery of chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, and specialty chemical projects of all sizes. His work includes the WNA/CNA plants at DFPCL's Dahej and Taloja complexes, GNFC's TDI complex, and hydrogen peroxide projects for GACL.

Christofer Friberg

CEO, Techin EMEA

Christofer brings executive experience from global technology leaders including Nokia Group and 3M, and has founded and led award-winning start-ups across digital tech, fintech, clean energy, smart cities, and infrastructure. A former M&A consultant and senior advisor, he advised on the acquisition of Swedish systems integrator NxCity and now, as CEO, leads the NxCity / Techin EMEA operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from Stockholm. He also brings an extensive partner network in geo-surveys, modular smart construction, industrial recycling, smart packaging, and clean baseload energy.
